I went with a Dan Wesson 44 mag blued with a 8" barrel. Soon after I bought a 6" ported light barrel. The 8" was very accurate. I could hit 6 steel chickens at 100 yards standing double action one handed with 6 shots and if I used two hands I could scare the steel turkeys at 200 and hit 1 out of 6. some sight adjustment for that. It needed a scope. I got bored of handguns and like a fool sold it. Now I'm doing it all over again.
