So... when is the M305 and .308 combo deal coming?

No one would be willing to pay double for the same low quality M305.

Even the latest quality improved batch from Marstar is not worth more than we paid for them.

If the price is going to double the quality must be drastically improved. They cant sell the same rifle for double the price.

Agreed, it just loses its appeal at that point. There are many other things you can get for that kind of money.

We have discussed an increase in quality on par with the price increase with the factory.

Otherwise, if they do not sell, they they will no longer be imported.

When they were first imported, I believe they sold for $799

Considering the main thing Norinco has going for it is being affordable, I can understand it.

Let's be honest, the m305 is one of the few guns that is underpriced. 799 might be pushing it, but at say 599 or maybe even 699, what other option do people have in a reliable non-restricted semi 308? The right price is the one that keeps them moving off the shelves and I think after an initial few months of people realizing you can't get them for 450 anymore they will start moving again. The funniest part will be the day they go for 699 in a store and the ee shows up with a bunch of heavily used m305's for 680...you save the tax!!!
