So who ordered a 12.5" grizzly?

Can't wait for my Grizz. I got a call from Paul on the 16th but haven't received any shipped email yet. Patience is a virtue! Though being in Vancouver as well doesn't help the wait! Guess all you East Coast guys ordered before me that first day? Haha.
 
Looks great, really like the ghost ring sights. No pistol grip, but didn't want one anyway. Swopping out the stock and forend for my hogue set, will drop it another 3 inches. I'll measure and post some pics later. Not that we haven't seen it before, buy you haven't seen mine!
 
just to confirm, if you order the 12.5 and put a pistol grip on it you CANT take it into the woods in your backpack because its now "restricted" due to its total overall length, right?

What kind of goodies? I have been looking into some new furnature but I figure I could buy an SKS and a case of ammo for the same price as what I was thinking of doing with the shotgun...

DA front rail mount (although I dunno yet if it'll fit over the Hogue forend)

I'm going to give the factory follower a chance even though its really cheap, same with the saftey. The sling adaptor is tempting because I love that type of sling method, but I don't plan on slinging the firearm (planning on making my own scabbard this xmas...)

What Im looking into is, for the forend:
Fab defence "PR-870" railed foerend + Magpul AGF1 angled forend

For the stock, thinking Mesa Low/Leo tube + Magpul MOE stock....
