they sell for more like $500 in the US so basiaclly it costs double here, but yes I understand the longer barrel costs money +they need to make a profit...What were you expecting they would cost? The pistol sells for $600.00 in the U.S. plus the custom barrel to make it "legal" here plus the import fees etc. Beretta sells the original size barell on their web site for $195.00 did you think a custom made barrel would be cheaper?
Considering that you will probably not find one anywhere else in Canada it's a pretty good deal if you want one.
92FS sells for the same money as the PX4 down south. You can get one for under $500 brand new.they sell for more like $500 in the US so basiaclly it costs double here, but yes I understand the longer barrel costs money +they need to make a profit...
I guess if I REALY wanted one I'd buy it, but for ~$1150 total I'd rather spend the $ on something that costs closer to $1000 in USPlus I don't need another 9mm and not interested in .40...
Pretty close though (and without an after-market barrel). But 92 doesn't cost $1000...So what is your point?![]()
Great!... but are the longer barrels from Beretta or another company? (it wasn't stated very clear)
The barrel is sticking out a bit further than I thought since it only needs 4mm more to be Canadian legal.
