Sh*t happens, the richmond center was shut down for almost over a week, 1st they stopped working cause of heavy smoke blowing in from Cali, Oregon and Washington then after that cleared apparently someome caught covid there.

If something is not showing up and Canadapost is running then what I do is wait 2 days after delivery to see if any updates, if not I file a claim and then pretty much everytime after I do it gets scanned in a few hours later of not the next day. They must rush to find it when they see its firearm related.

It's because Canadians are too passive - they will put up with anything and the worst they'll do is complain in private.

There was a price hike by the telecoms companies a few years ago and in some leaked internal documents it was shown that their justification for the price hikes was that they knew Canadians would accept them with little push-back.
 
I feel like if we had some sort of ETA or update on shipping progress from @TacticalImports most of us would be far more patient.
I understand it's slow going but a little more transparency on where they're at, how many orders are going out per day etc would be very welcome information.

Really I ordered a watch from Japan on Tues and it was in my hand on Friday in BC, free shipping as well and I could watch it move hour by hour (and every few hours it was moving through Japan, cleared in Memphis on to Richmond, duties and taxes paid and it was cleared an on the way to the Island). The private sector is just much better at these things!!

It’s always taken that long , especially if your package ships mid week then you’ll usually wait longer because of the weekends. I live in Alberta right near TI’s shipping location and everything I’ve ever ordered from Ontario has taken at least 10 days. That’s from a lot of different vendors , TradeEx , Tenda , Bullseye , all have taken 10 days+ from day of shipping.
 
We understand many people are excited for their shiny new toys and this waiting is the worst! However a shipment like this will usually take 2-4 months to sell out, and we've essentially had this all on the same day. Orders are being shipped on a daily basis. It is going slower then normal as there isn't a ton of space in the box and a large number of orders requiring multiple packages/boxes, essentially doubling or tripling the amount of time to process a single order.

There was a large number of orders processed over weekend, we'd say over 1/3 done at this point. Weekend packages are getting dropped today at CP, please allow 1-2 business days for CP to scan in the labels before we send email tracking update. Thank-you for your patience!
 
When are you guys checking your phone and email messages? I left a voice message Friday and a couple emails. Trying not to send you guys to many as I know your busy

2-4 months.., can we ask how many you brought in? And if the blue and phosphate were equal amounts?
 
Jesus Christ some of you guys must drive your families crazy at xmas asking about your gifts under the tree !
Have some patience FFS , it’s not like it’s a pacemaker or liver transplant you’re waiting on. You’ll get it when you get it.

I sent an email for a drum kit request last week , got a reply today , they are obviously working their way through a lot of correspondence, I’m sure you’ll get a reply in due time.

Exactly...pretty bad if companies didn't have to declare the "assault rifles" or any firearm to customs that they bring in nor show their business license along with the manifest... I'm sure all gun businesses get flagged when anything for them comes in lol its no secret how many of each legal rifle is in the country, the rcmp is just to lazy to look it up.

It must have shipped EMS/DHL. I often get stuff delivered from Japan within days, no joke. They know what's up.
