*Solved Ammo Miship

I have been waiting for my .223 for well over a month now, I hope you didn't get mine, I have been really patient :(

well , look on the bright side, if he got yours, you might get some nice 7.62 X 51 !

just kidding...seriously though, that kind of mistake, well that really doesn't happen often. don't touch anything and keep trying to call them. if they are really busy, i dont think they hang around here too much.

I contacted Canadammo i recieved my shipment instead of 7.62x51 i recieved 5.56 hmm I plan to keep the 5.56 i don't want to incur a return fee in shipping cause of my crappy location I want to pay for the ammo and hopefully get the proper item shipped but I will need a Rifle for it anyone figure a T97 or a good alternative? that Canada ammo has that is NR? I await they're response too late to get a response atm anyways too late in day

Hahahaha...that's the best excuse for a new rifle I 've ever heard, nice one!
""Honey, you'll never guess what happened...!""

;-)

EDIT: But, yes, given that you're in the NWT, it's a shame to throw money away on MORE shipping, for you OR the vendor.Perhaps, if the money we're talking about here is THAT significant, a small discount on a new rifle could be bartered for instead of hefty return fees, perhaps half the total, thusly saving THEM money as well?

Win-win for all...

EDIT II: , sorry, just read the "it's been solved" post!

Let me see...why is it that people come to the forums to sort out order issues?
Did you use a forum to place the order? NO.....so use the phone or email or the "contact us" page on their site to resolve the issue.

I solved the issues through email was just a basic miship I didn't flip on anyone or get people to flip out in mass ... so some of u need to calm down a little ....i am used to 1month + ship times though so maybe I am just conditioned to it welcome to the NWT sometimes Edmonton Alberta to my Location can take a month or i can drive to edmonton in 12hrs....if i dont want to wait

randomly i try to avoid Yellowknife if possible but if for some reason u never know I will try and remember unless of course its one of those travels times where we can't carry firearms or ammo to our end location

i did order the type 97 so we will see what happens :) will be first bullpop i have ever fired and first our whole group will get to test

I was going to contact them and add a crate of .223 to my 7.62x51 order but if the wait times are in excess of 4 weeks for in stock items then I may have to rethink it and cancel my oreder.

I'm here to eat a little crow and offer up an apology for the above post.
Just received a shipping confirmation for my order which was placed on the 4th of Sept. which is no where near 4 weeks.
You will notice that I have paced an order for a crate of .223, thanks for the great service and again please accept my apologies.

I know they will make it right! I just hope its before the snow flies up here, we are about 15 days away from freezing temps and snow :( Which is bad for shooting but great for snowmobiling :)

I once got shipped the wrong quantity of ammo, bought 240, got sent 1000.
They never contacted me to ask if I got the wrong ammo, so I thought it was just a gift for being a first time customer :D
