I only have 1 garand, its a 43 springfield and it was re-barreled in 1945, still 30-06.

I've only shot one Garand in my life, but it's probably my favourite gun of all time to shoot. I instantly fell in love. I need to pick one up.

I used to have a lot of milsurps.
At one point I had six Garands, one from each manufacturer.
Springfield, Winchester, International Harvester, Harrington and Richardson, Breda and Berretta.

I did buy them when they were cheap though, so when the prices went nuts I sold them.
I just couldn't justify keeping them for the prices people were willing to pay.

Mind, I was never a fan of the action and the weight.
Kept the FN49s and even the Hakim for a bit longer than the Garands.
