ummmm sorry to state the obvious....... But what about the brass you've been throwing in the bin at the range?
What I mean to say is, everytime I go out to my local range, I see the ground littered with 7.62x39 brass and the bins are usually full of them as well.......
It's not like you are reloading for Accuracy.... right..... use the mil-surp brass you have already shot..... For $30 you can get one of those "military brass primer popers" The bench mounted unit that only pushes out the primers and pops that annoying two hole flash hole to a one hole flash hole, then take your lee primer pocket trimmer and get rid of the crimp...... Bob's your uncle.
You may want to annel the brass and what not, but it should fit the bill regardless. Some of the best brass I have for my pistols is old mitiary brass "recycled" in this manner.......
Just a thought........
Cheers!
