SP01 Shadow shoots low, anyone else have this problem?

I was looking at an adjustable rear on CZ Custom yesterday....I was really hoping to find a nice adjustable rear with FO inserts or tritium, anything other than the plain black rear target sight. If I cant find one I guess the other one on CZ custom will work!
