But it has no Brit acceptance stamps...unlike my other P-14 which has lots of Brit markings. Weird...The Brit marked one even has a '1914' mark on the butt and 'made in USA' on the butt.

It could be that you have a CAI rebuild then
Look at the muzzle and tell be if you see a CAI Vermont stamp there.
If you do then your rifle is a parts rifle. These rifles saw lots of polishing and marke rubbed out then reblued and restocked in M17 wood.

is IR 1914. It's a right-side buttstock Remington P14 model designation
Looks like "FR 1914".
