"...how people are able to control recoil..." Combination of ammo and lots of practice. It's not so much the recoil as it is the muzzle jump. You'll note the guy isn't one who doesn't spend a lot of time in a gym too.

Well, since none of us actually know Defoor, the odds of that happening are slim to none. Sorry.

You would probably have a better chance if you asked metcalf. Maybe he'd show you pics of the "concrete wall" he becomes when he shoots.

You can mock me all you want... being a brick/stone mason by trade has done more for my shooting than anything you've bought for your gun.
The fact is, the stronger your upper body, the more control you can have.
It isn't a method I created, and it isn't new.

That is a really interesting point.

Of course if you look at the guys at most ranges I have been to...I can see why a lot of them might not want to be compared to Kyle Defoor. Although if you look at their shooting...you can REALLY see why a lot of them might not want to be compared to Kyle Defoor.

On the other hand I guess it's not really fair to compare the average guy to an ex-navy seal in terms of fitness or shooting. But life is not fair, is it?
