Based on the feel of it do you think it has the power to cycle a brass or steel insert?
 
Got an auto-email from SFRC, I had PM'd them and Ryan asked me to email about my , less than stellar sportowy, I sent a couple rushed half blurry pics of the gun ( I was late for a flight) and explained about the strange retaining pin replacement! The email I received today showed a cfc # so I emailed them again wondering what it was about and it appears They are sending me a replacement or parts gun!!!! Wow that is service, I was hoping for a pin and maybe a grip! This is why we all buy from these guys. When buying on line it is scary enough, so it is great when you know you are dealing with a great group of people! Mistakes happen, it is unavoidable, it's what is done about those mistakes that makes a GREAT COMPANY! Sadly sfrc will continue to empty my wallet and max out my cc! Thanks a bunch!

I was wondering about painting the inserts fluorescent orange...
 
a diy of exactly what to do with the insert to have them fit would be nice
im worried i might mess them up and have a useless pistol

anybody can share their experience with some pictures or maybe a drawing so i know where to start
