Steyr SSG08 A1

Yes, I love the Steyrs I own, and I am guilty of buying high end rifles and getting bored and moving on to something else, I’ve done it with Steyrs, PGW, HS precision I even had an AI AT that I sold.
But after doing a load of reading and YouTube reviews I have gone with an AI AX, thanks to Guy at Wolverine for all of his expertise and question answering.
So the AI in 308, with the option to change out the barrel to another short action caliber that I enjoy shooting along with the functionality of the AX stock SHOULD be the ultimate set up for anyone.

Umm, Cadex barrels are not CHF with the signature swirls. They also do not make their own barrels. Cadex doesn't test & guarantee their barrels last 10k rounds like Steyr does.


And also the history thing... Steyr knows a thing or two how to build proper rifles.

Where did you read that Steyr will guarantee there barrels for 10,000 rounds?
Is that on all calibres?
