Inflation has stayed at a reasonable level so far. The greed of individuals and businesses will push it up inevitably. I just wish the influx of ppl would slow down. The traffic it Phuking rediculous.

I got a dewat Thompson that was tastefully done. the clip still comes out and
you can still split it ito its main groups. Worth every penny to me. I love the look on ppls faces wheen they see it hanging on the wall.

I think it would be pretty cool to have a dewat Sturmgewehr 44 hanging on the wall...watching people crap their pants upon seeing that pure evil chunk of metal would be priceless

You know, I understand that you meant that to be funny, but it isn't, and I find the insinuation offensive. Alberta is awash in oil dollars, no question, but there is a large portion of the origional population that is struggling to maintain against an inflation rate that is higher than anywhere else in the nation - probably higher than anywhere else in the western world, here in Calgary. That is very, very tough for people to deal with, especially those on fixed incomes.

Your characterization of Calgarians in this sense is offensive and wrong.

You know, and just to expand on that, the majority of people who are profitting from oil dollars are from out of province and will go back on home as soon as they can.

I hear ya brutha! Don't take it so personally, it's only about real estate prices in Calgary, Vancouver and TO that are about the same-nothin more. Times are tough and I'm renting out my 6 sq.ft. outhouse to a family! :p

Im gonna go WAYYY out on a limb and jump up and down, flapping my wings...

I BET these 3 or 4 different peices will go up in value...unless Marstar just keeps bring em in in big clogs

Just like those M-305s...soon as they dried up prices on USED ones climbed above that of a new one only weeks before

If nothin else they could make a good investment

No worries man.

I'm just sick and tired of hearing people from out of province come off like the streets are paved with gold here when seniors are losing their homes because they can't keep up with the taxes and service fees, and when expectant mothers are air-lifted to Montana because our health system is over-burdened.

So this 44 will not have a supply of ammo? Say it isn't so.

Marstar are importing the brass, but unless someone imports some of the new PP Kurtz ammo, this will be a load your own project.

...Stg 44 ammo...

...just saw the first box of 7.92 Kurz ammo at a Florida gun show. It is made by Prvi Partisan and appears to be of very high quality, with brass casings...there was no price tag on it yet...more ammo to come according to the tableholder.....that's all for now...

I saw some old corroded 7.92 Kurz at the syracuse gun show last weekend. It was probably beyond safe or usable condition, did not look at the head stamp tho so I dont know how old it was. I think he was asking a few dollars a round.

The Prvi Partisan ammo has been easily available in the U.S. for almost 2 years now, and the price is here for all to see.http://www.grafs.com/ammo/242 I would hope that Marstar brings some in, but if not, most of the major die makers are now producing die sets as standard items and the brass is all we need.

The Grafs stuff is NOT Privi Partisan, it is Hornady manufactured and Grafs headstamped.

Of course that is not to say that they didn't outsource the componants.
