Enough said!!!!

Quality auto loader.

Hey guys,

I just recently got my hands on a CZ BRNO 511 semi auto 22LR. From the left side of the receiver is marked a 72. I'm assuming this means it was made in 1972. Apparently there aren't many of these rifles around, and the magazines are IMPOSSIBLE to come by. The stock has very minor scrapes, and there is a little bit of blueing scratched off on the barrel. The scope rings are made by CZ for the 11mm dovetail. And the scope is a Bushnell .22 Rimfire, 3-9x zoom. Overall I am very impressed with the build of this rifle. I also have a CZ BRNO Model 2-e out at the farm. I don't have pictures of that one but I will get some next time I'm out there.

I haven't shot this rifle yet, but if its anything like the Model 2, I will fall nothing short of impressed.

I am not a very good photographer. These are simply from my cell phone with its flash on. -

Good looking rifle. Nice job fitting it.

I got this Boyds Pro Varmint stock in walnut for my 452 American. Boyds does not offer a walnut Pro Varmint for the American, so I got one for the 452 Varmint. I had to inlet for the rear tang lug and it fits nicely. This stock works very well off the bench. I'm looking for a more permanent scope for this rifle.

Beautiful work and photos.

Another CZ 452 American in .22lr with a Walnut stock.

It have pretty much all upgrades, steel trigger guard, Yodave Trigger, extended mag release, torx screws kit, aluminium magwell, etc...

This winter, I will try to find a nice vintage gloss Bausch & Lomb Balvar 2.5-10X40 scope for it.
Plan B is a gloss Leupold 3-9x33 EFR or a 2-7X28 scope.

While certainly not as fine as some of your earlier rifles with those beautiful wanlnut stocks, here is my humble offering; a 455 Canadian Edition in 17 HMR. Some of you may have read my other thread regarding an issue with the dark stain in the stock etching being water soluble, and creating a real mess of things when I got caught in the rain the first day out at the range, with all of the die running out all over everything. CZ was going to replace the stock for me, but gave me permission to seal it up and keep shooting until the new one arrived. I took a stab at refinishing the etched parts, and sealing the whole stock, inside and out, and am so happy with the results, that I canceled the warranty claim!

The rifle shoots sub MOA (< 1" at 100 yards) with everything except Winchester; the Hornady stuff it is .5 MOA. from a cheap Amazon Bipod. Scope is about a 10 or 15 year old Tasco sivler antler varmint 6 - 24X.

Mine has an amazing trigger (adjusted the pull to minimum)

I could not be happier, and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a .17HMR that is going to be a real shooter!

Ran back through the posts to see what my rifles were wearing in Post 139 and found the picture no longer valid.
Both rifles have had a number of changes . . . pillar bedded, reshaped firing pin, and extended mag releases.

The Varmint is currently wearing a Weaver 4-16 and the American a 2.5-16 Bushnell 6500 . . . They seem to change faster than pictures can be taken.

American with the 6500. Experimented with a LimbSaver Tuner and it appears to help . . . if for no other reason it aids when standing against a wall.

The Varmint with a Leupold BR 36X but the tuner is gone.
