Still Waiting.........

And when might someone expect a response after you receive an email? Are my expectations of 3 or 4 days unrealistic?
If we received it, you should get a reply in 48hrs. If it was sent to me at info@, usually within 5mins.

again, if we received it. We only seem to get 90% of the emails sent to us.

I have sent several emails and got a reply back but when I sent another email asking about price matching and adding/changing some stuff on my order last thursday Im still waiting to hear back from you guys.

I wish I was busy at work... with very little to do, my day drags on forever.. the last few weeks seem like 6 months... then I look outside and there is still snow on the ground.

Well... I've only ordered from them once and it came promptly - but it wasn't THAT busy a time and they weren't swamped with holiday orders and/or panic buying prompted by people who NEED a skid load of ammo so they can wage a war in the year 2200 - or... at least their great great grandchildren can.

I ordered 10 Lar mags on the 22nd and was charged for them but still waiting for them to ship as well. I sent them a email off their site but that was a few days ago and still no reply, probably didn't get it.

You guys gotta relax and chill out a bit. Christmas and New years holidays just passed. Obviously Canada Ammo was very busy as already stated. Im sure the courriers and post office were just as busy. Paper work (like order placement, invoicing, payment) all take time to complete. Then that paperwork goes to a shipper that has to box the stuff up and send it out.
If you really want to slow things down, call them a bunch of times and send a bunch of emails so that they have to take a bunch of time responding to you (and the other thousand people doing the same thing) instead of taking, filling, and shipping orders.

If you have an order confirmation, sit back and relax. If you see the credit card charge go thru, then your order is going thru the motions on its way to the shipping dept. Cut them a little slack, you will get your stuff as soon as humanly possible.

Maybe your email address goes to their spam folder. I would check with them. They are generally very pleasant to deal with.

This is a good point.

I have found several e-mails from people trying to reach me for the first time in my spam folder.

In each case the message was legitimate but contained multiple spelling, grammar and typing errors, so I suspect some software & providers are using the "quality" of messages as an indication of spam. Once I indicated the messages were not spam subsequent messages from those addresses (also poorly written) were not flagged as spam.

All the more reason to compose your messages carefully.

Pretty impressive considering it was at Christmas time.
However, I tried emailing through the site and got no response. Tried calling and was asked to email....going in circles
Didnt try again, my fault? I should have added everything to the cart the first time.
Anyone else have problems with the emailing through Canammo's site?

I'll tell the Mrs not to go anywhere tomorrow. I for one never received an email of shipping notification........is this normal?

Does the "MR.S" have access to your e-mail account?

Like I said before... get your BUTLER to call next time. (it will eventually be served to you)
It comes when it comes.
