Storing Restricted at range

To each their own, my wife would probably consider divorce if I ever suggested that our firearms should be stored anywhere but at home.

When I got my first pistol I had to store it at my range as i was waiting to move into a new place and didn't have a safe at the time.
seemed like a good idea, even worked well up till the place was robbed, 2 weeks later.
I'll never leave one of my firearms in a centralized storage again.

One of the most depressing threads ....

Feel bad for OP and every other neutered man...but i see it every day...

Sorry OP maybe you are a nice guy....and everyone including us walk all over you..... Shame

At first I just thought you were pussy whipped but if your spouse has a history of depression or something to that affect then it might be a good idea. Otherwise keep them in a secure safe at home and don't give the libs any big ideas. My .02 sir, good luck.

I don't get the logic of some of these posts. Yes I am choosing to store my restricted firearm at the range. The alternative is not to have a firearm at all. Yes would I prefer to have them at home no doubt. But unfortunately I don't have that option so I might as well just cut my pal up because it is such an injustice to not have my rifle at my house. There are risks with either option, to be honest it is also more convenient for me so I don't have to run home before I can go to the range after work because they are in opposite directions. From the tone of these posts you would think the thread title was "guns are bad and should be banned". Give your heads a shake, not everyone has the same circumstances, and as long as people are able to enjoy this hobby in a safe manner what difference does it make.
Don't sweat it. Sadly, there are people in this world who whose inability to have a mature relationship with an adult means the most important relationship in their lives is the one with their guns. Ignore them.

There are sometimes good reasons not to have guns in the home. I've hosted firearms owned by friends in my safe a few times and was happy to oblige.

Big difference between "hosting firearms owned by friends in your safe a few times" and being a proponent of people storing their firearms at the range.

WOW

Most of you are idiots and are the reason firearms owners are divided.

The guy is free to store his firearms anywhere he legally can, whether or not you like the location.

If she doesn't have an RPAL she legally can't (shouldn't) have access to them in the first place.

Yup,I know it's just ball busting but this #### is getting out of hand lately. Seems like everytime someone asks a question these days he gets #### on,starting to see why so many long term members jumped ship.
