Anyone else notice the girl on the horse in the YouTube video has her finger on the trigger the entire time lol guess they don’t teach firearm safety in horse class 😂

If your on a horse you might as well carry a repeater in a scabard, her finger displine might have been poor but the gun was not fully cocked by the looks of it and possibly not even loaded.

Might as well bring in a few Marstar, I'm sure they will sell well in 5.7 and 9mm, maybe ask them about other barrel lengths as an option as well.
BC needs min length of just over 12 inches for hunting.

Somewhere between 10"-11" would put the assembled gun at around 26" The barrel looks pretty heavy so dropping 4.5" of length should cut the weight down a bit.

Hey folks
We are gauging interest in these handy little pack rifles up here in Canada.

This ultralight, take-down rifle is designed to be the most versatile single-shot rifle available. The detachable barrel allows the rifle to be taken down to half its length and easily fit into most backpacks while still being quick to put into action.
Currently available in 5.7x28mm, this multi-cal gun will also be available in 9mm, 22LR and 22 WMR, and likely 17HMR

Retail is expected to be ~$550-$600
What do you think? Should we bring these in?
  • Packable Design – Less than 17” When Taken Down
  • 16” Barrel is Threaded 1/2″x28 for Suppressor, also available with shorter 5" barrel
  • Caliber Swap is Easy with just a Bolt Face and Barrel Change
  • Optics-Ready Picatinny Rail
  • Made in USA – Veteran Owned and Operated

For$500., yes and or, a 2 barrel combo for around $700. Like maybe a .22 and 9mm, or better yet a 10mm.

It is definitely an interesting little rifle. Funny that it has a left hand bolt.
I will wait for generation 2, in 9mm, hoping it comes in stainless, has a 12.5" barrel, and has iron sights.

There are a ton of Gun youtubers doing reviews for them right now....

I like the way they designed the feed path so that the user can just toss the round into a large feeding trough and it will feed in nicely without having to insert the tip of the round into the chamber.

Nah. At that point you're into CZ territory. Has to be competitive with the Little Badger which comes in at half the price with similar offerings.
X2 way too much for what this is.

Dark Mountain's accuracy testing video was not impressive and the shooter looks like a complete fool who has no idea what they are doing.

"Battery Of Arms" did a bit of a review which demonstrated several light strikes as well as similar accuracy but the shooters are sloppy as well.

22Plinkster pushed it out to 100 yards and got 4/5 in a nice group with one flyer going 1.5" or so low so it appears the rifle can shoot decently if the person behind the trigger knows what they are doing.

Cool idea if it was selling for $350-400 at most but $550-600 not a chance when you can buy a Little Badger in 22WMR for easily half the price.

Can-down nailed it on the feed path for easy loading, that is a big plus!

No mention of trigger pull weight anywhere, that is very useful information to have available.

This video is posted directly on their website on their pistol page.

Loading a handgun and muzzle sweeping your camera operator (@ 0:25) is a new sales tactic or what?

That on top of the woman riding the horse with her finger on the trigger that was already mentioned.

I think these would sell like crazy with the short barrel option, the longer barrel im sure would sell but it has some competition in the survival rifle world.
