stripper clips - what do I do with them?

i have plastic stripper clips for 5.56 if anyones interested

I just received 2 steel crates of 223 (well, 5.56 855 ball; military). All rounds are stuck in 10 rd clips. Do I toss them or save and give? Not even sure why they come on this clip. I can't just insert it into my Tavor, now can I?

Got about 12 today. And zero'd in my Elcan Specter.
The guy beside me at the range is ex-British Army, and said ideally the clips would have a speed loader/charger with 2 sides s/t the clip doesnt' bend in the heat of the moment. Interesting stuff.

will the charger work on a pmag or the standard metal mags?

I tried it on the LAR15's and the XCR-L pistol mags for 223, charger fits fine. But wonky since only fits on the primer end.
