Stunning 6 shot group at 300 y tough to beat this No Scope

A Tr shooter friend of mine shot this of bench at 300y he had just got his rifle back from VX Systems who had just installed a new 32" Bartlien 1/13 chambered in .308 win for 155.5 gr Bergers

Yep, I'd like to see it. I doubt I could get one shot that close to centre, at 300, without a scope.

Jefferson its a good one but most match hand lapped barrels are good, but some people don't have skills of chambering and fitting a barrel like Ian Robertson does or have a lathe like he has and uses JGS Reamers

Very impressive group. Many are not aware that shooting can be nearly as accurate with a good set of apertures as with optics. Sometimes the results are better.

I'm always impressed by how accurate good shooters with aperture sights can be, equal and often better than with a scope, and doing that on their elbows... but obviously requires a lot more practice to get to that point.
