It is not at all Colt Canada's fault that you over paid for a product. A fool and their money are soon parted. The feverish fanboy love affair with CC is what drove the debut price as high as it was. Some figured out it was too high and the prices magically came down. Then they came down again, and now they're down again.

Patience is a virtue.
And also ensures you do not pay retail pricing.
How much did the dealers pay for the product?
So maybe they are selling a bargain basement prices for these,, now what,Chou have to buy the rest of it at reg price, so is it like buy one part 50% off then pay the reg price for the rest, overall you get what? 25% off,,, still not bad I guess, unless you can use lowers from diff manufacturer but seems like everyone wants the CC stuff with logo!! Is this right or can and will you all use different lowers etc. just asking before I decide to pick one up!
Yea, it would be nice to have the stamp, but why do they charge so much more for probably the easiest pat of the manufacturing process?Almost any quality AR15 lower works with the IUR perfectly fine.
Most of us just want the little maple leaf on the lower and are willing to spend an extra $300-400 for it![]()
I'm using a different lower for now. I have a stripped 15.7 lower I picked up on EE for down the road. It's a good deal at that price.[/QUOTE
This is likely what I would do,can't wait to see if they normalized the prices,, if not maybe find another good Canadian made lower!
