Suggestions for getting parts on a Kahles.

I have same scope. I am prone to doing dumb stuff. Could you help me out? What must I not do to avoid same problem??

Really I am not sure what happened as it was some time since I had it off to reset the zero. Going forward I will check it the first couple of trips to ensure it is still tight. I am thinking that I must not have tightened it up when I reset the zero. I think there is a part number on the package I will take a look and PM you if there is. I thinl though it was just a one off on my part. My memory is usually good but I tend to get short term amnesia more often as I age. lol

It is the centre piece with the 2 holes to tighten. All plastic.

I’m sure you realize that retainer cap screw is to keep the windage turret from coming off. For resetting the zero. It’s snug but will come off without the retainer. Just an FYI as I’m sure your aware of this.

According to the manual, on the K624i the windage (and elevation) knobs are zero'd by unscrewing two set screws on the side of the knobs with an allen key. But am I the only person that thinks it 'odd' that the retainer 'cap' screw for a substantial sized windage knob would be some type of synthetic material?
