I have one. Nice gun. Smooth action, crisp trigger.
Possibly a little over-priced but it's very accurate and the quality is there.
Some people don't like the plastic/polymer parts, some people aren't bothered. Biggest complaint I hear is the stock. A few companies make replacements so you have the option to swap it out if you don't like it.
Magazines (polymer/plastic) are pricey at around $85 per, although it's not the most expensive magazine out there.
Muzzle comes threaded so you can attach whichever muzzle widget suits you, I made a custom brake for mine, makes a huge difference in felt recoil.
I would buy a Tikka over a Rem 700 any day, but some people like Chevy and some like Ford.
