Very few politicians of any party are consistent in their beliefs and most virtue signal; it’s one of the reasons I’m not big on MacKay. Don’t forget the Conservatives were the ones who initially took veterans to court claiming a lack of social contract, quietly gave over $100 billion to the banks who were simultaneously touted as being in superior financial condition, and forgave auto-maker bailout loans while those same automakers were laying off workers. So much for being champions of the military, responsible spending, and capitalist enterprise. Honestly, the two parties message and project image differently but are 99% identical in action.
Thankfully there are exceptions on both sides, O’Toole & Lewis even more-so being two of them. I will happily stand behind either of those two, however O’Toole’s views most closely match my own. I think Lewis would bring a nice change of pace in parliament. MacKay will get my support, but it would be apathetic.
Sloan is consistent, but is consistently 180 out from most of my beliefs. I’d take Trudeau over Sloan. How he’s even in the running is beyond me.

I don't know, those who have been in the government for a long time and have never advanced any bill to protect the firearm owners? What gives us the assurance they will do it now? Specially when they are trying to justify their own existence to the liberal media. It's a tough one
Nice promises, but he needs to be INPOWER to do that. Im on the fence between the two, but we do not have a majority because of conservative voters. Its the middle where we need more votes. Id risk that Lewis has a better chance to win votes over those voters.
Dummy JT will put his foot in his mouth many many times against a woman. On top of that he will also put his foot in his mouth against a black woman. He will screw up debates because he cannot target the typical conservative. Arguing against a visible minority and a woman, his little brain will over load "does not compute" cue the head explosion.
