Has anyone seen any of these for sale? Seems like a ton of israelli carbines have been imported with these stocks and I would like to get one at a have decent price...new ones are stupid expensive

One of the earlier posts somewhere said that the israeli carbines had the rear sight adjustment knob ground down and welded at 100m. Can anyone who bought/looked at these confirm or deny this?

What's the condition of the Epps Carbines? A restoration seems attractive if all you need to do is locate a replacement stock and handguard and replace the welded rear sights.

not worth it IMO they are way over priced well used mix masters original sights are getting expensive and harder to find esp in Canada

to the op I picked up one of those folders on the EE for $40.00 I think, it was well used and functions ok folder has some wobble due to wear some of the sling swivels were missing too maybe the IDF removed them?????

You never know what's going to turn up. A few yrs ago I was visiting the Tula ruins in central Mexico. The security guards were armed with Carbines with NO rear sights.

Sure it wasn't a Bavarian or border patrol police in Germany M1 carbine? They didn't have M1 carbine type rear sights. But a smaller V notch forward of the chamber.

Yes some have. But not all of them. If you look closely at the pictures provided, you can usually identify the ones that have been messed with.
