Surplus Walther P1's

Soon... Dealing with a container Shipment from Germany at the moment. Once I can chop my way back to where the P1's are stashed I will get some photos up ASAP.

Edit: someone said:
"Megatron!"

Exactly! I was wondering if anyone would mention this Mighty Transformer here. I had that toy as a kid. Pretty sure "he" was downsized from the actual gun. But the P38 does look pretty compact for what it is, a military grade sidearm, not meant for concealed carry or whatnot...

More Walther P1's

P1's are now back up on the website.

All are minty again, in the wrap. Some have the original test targets (first ones I have seen) Kinda cool.
Most are dated 10/83. That was a good year :)

Interesting to see Walther still had P38 on their test targets in 1983

White spots on the frames is old glue from the duct tape. Cleans off with some solvent.
These all appear new, un-fired.

Some photos...

To make it simple, we have added the option for you to select the Date and S/N of the pistol you want on the website (based on the photos we posted above)
If the date/SN isn't on the website, its sold.

4 left now. I hope mine comes with a test target. That would be a nice bit of provenance.
I like the way you list them with the pics of actual pistols and serial #'s. 5 star.

Just found a few more minty P1 marked magazines. Sorry we did not have those listed on line previously.

Some photos of P1 and P38 Mags. There is alot of variance in markings on P1 and P38 mags in general as they were
produced over such a long priod of time. These are random photos of ones we pulled. Condition and markings are typical of
what we have on the shelf.

P38 mags are identical to P1 mags aside from the markings.

Forgot to mention, if you want a mag or 2 included with your pistol, add it to the shopping cart and enter PICKUP in the promo code box. That will scrub the shipping
charge and we will ship it with your pistol.

The reason why Walther's test targets in 1983 still had the P38 listed is that there were agencies in Europe which still used some (not the German military as far as I know but others).

When they got those to refurbish they were tested similar to new pistols before being send back.

Grips showed up today. They certainly make it look warmer.

More Arrived

More minty freshness just arrived this morning. Again we have posted them up on our website by date and S/N so you can select the one you want.
The wrapper was loose on S/N 663 so I took a few additional photos of what they look like.

These are like fresh from Walther in Ulm Germany but are from the mid 1980's. Amazing!

Some have the original test targets, some do not.
