You can do it right now, but there will be no warranty. . FS

That would be the whole purpose in doing this, to honor the warranty and piggy back the fixed scopes in the new scope shipments to reduce costs. Scopes would be sent to U.S. supplier who then would send them in for warranty. Would honor ALL leupolds in Canada, even ones sold through Korth. Simply provide better customer service.

I would be them at the current price i think there good scopes for the money since there popular there price is gonna be inflated thats just the way the world works.

Still a fan of the Zeiss (and other European glass) line myself. Leupolds to me would be still over priced if on par with U.S. pricing, their time has come to be knocked off the so to say pedestal. Looked through and used a few. Not as impressive as all the hype said.Too much marketing has taken it's toll.

A whooper still tastes better than a quarter pounder but who sells more burgers?

I voted "NO" because I prefer products made in Japan to those made in the USA. Nothing to do with politics, just quality.

Leupold scopes no longer wear the made in the USA label, because they aren't "made in the USA".They are assembled in the USA from parts made in different countries, the lenses being made in Asia.

It is the assembled part that bothers me. I prefer Japanese quality control.

I like CSO's optics better... IMHO... Slightly better glass (some would disagree with me), can take a stupid level of abuse, Significantly cheaper because they are just selling Overruns.

A PMC buddy turned me onto them along time ago... Never looked back.

Thanks all for participating. Suspect the market is pretty large and with a good internet presence could very likely make a good go at it. Will have a long hard look.
