Soviets were never good at tracking stuff and they don't know how many ppsh, tt33, svts and mosins they produced during the war as well as how many they lost. Plus Tula factory was relocated during the war and lots of records were lost as well. So if you guys expect accurate list of sniper rifles produced, its going to be tough as its only a guess. Take what you can from all sources and draw your own conclusion.

This is email to Tula arms factory guys drop them a line and ask if there was sniper list or snipers had special numbers. Please do, you will probably get the same answer I did. Till then to Ratnik and Horilka prove that list is real otherwise in a legal terms it is heresy nothing else.
