I just traded a new camo Polytech stock for a 2007 Norinco Chu-wood stock. It fit perfectly including the handguard. I read a couple of posts saying the Poly stocks were a bit smaller than the Norincos and needed fitting.
Way better than the stinky balsa wood Norinco. I dont think it will be hard to repaint it. The paint film is thin and I think it would come off with 400 wet/dry. The camo pattern is kind of growing on me. Its kind of a combo 1970 era G.I. Joe(kung-fu grip) meets Fred Bear.
