Just got another back. It took 2 1/2 months, because it was a Kahles, and they had to send it back to Austria, as the New Jersey plant is not yet set up to work on Kahles. They emailed me the FEDEX papers & customs documents. Dropped it off at Fedex, then waited. In 2 days I received confirmation they had it & monthly emails about its progress. Had the reticle replaced due to fuzz growing on it (this has happened on 4 of my Kahles scopes). I've had 10 repaired (mostly reticle replacements now that my eyes are aging) now & it was all easy-peasy. BTW, it took just as long for my 2 Swarovski scopes that I sent in to have #4 reticles installed, even though they stayed in the US. Apparently, they fly over the scopes that have to be repaired in Austria every month in a big batch. Contact SONA (Swarovski Optics North America), they'll walk you through the process.
