Sweaty hands and a Glock

If i ever wanna shoot IPSC one day, what are the restrictions on gloves and grips on my glock 17? will i be able to complete within the rules? when i say "grip kit" lets go as extreme as the A Grip....
 
update: so I tried using the A Grip and my support hand was still skippy due to my sweaty hand...so I used a glove for that hand and it was good to go. Is this common? Is this allowed in IPSC?
