Swiss Arms rifles being examined for reclassification?

After reading this whole thing I vote lock it… mainly because some of the stuff being posted is indicative of a lack of understanding and/or a failure to read.
The issue now is if the Canadian version is a variant of the SG-550 or the SG-540. Period. Unless you have some technical information about this there isn’t much else to be said.
The way to fix this mess is by getting the laws changed.

Steve calm the hell down. I didn't know you knew everything in exact detail and which was truth or not. Yes I did read it. I asked a question as tse accused Csc of doing what I said before. Now yes rcmp said the one he sent was fine, but two others were not. Where they came from no one knows. Although tse is indirectly saying Csc was bringing in used guns so maybe some other ones were illegal. So I don't know the facts yet neither do you. Is tse living or is Csc I don't know. Nor do you. So don't jump down my throat because someone as Csc is your boyfriend.

Yes I know. And reading what you said, what Csc said and tse said is three variations of one story. Tse accused Csc and that's why I asked what I asked. And you jumped down my throat.

There's 78 bloody pages and I've been in it from beginning. Sort through and you will see my posts. Although others haven't so take a minute and educate them. If you don't want to someone will. And again I ask has it been proven that tse accusations of Csc are false??? We don't know because the two illegal rifles have not been determined there origin. And Csc is a known importer of refurbs. So am I so crazy to think it could be one of their rifles ?
Incorrect. CSC did nothing wrong. The rifle in question was found to be purpose built S/A rifle. It was legally imported into Canada. That is not in question. What is in question is TSE motivation sending a rifle to the RCMP in the first place. By JR's own admission earlier, he is a self-proclaimed expert in SAN rifles. He should have been able to spot a F/A conversion. If it was he that sent the 2 Classic Green control samples for the RCMP to compare to what he was alleging was a F/A conversion, he certainly missed the mark by sending 2 control samples that were infact converted F/A's. not exactly what I would call the move of an expert.

Yes I understand that totally. But these two mystery autos. Tse accused Csc did they not? In his long write up somewhere on the thread. Or he at least loosely suggested it.
I don't know either of these retailers but does tse also import refurb San? Or just Csc? Or is there another one in that area?
Yes tse is a idiot for alerting rcmp I totally get that. But again we need to figure out where the autos came from. As much as everyone wants to dwell on the 550 or 540. If it wasn't for these two autos there would be no debate. And yes I know if tse didn't call 911 it wouldn't have gotten this far. But again there's two guilty people here. Tse for calling and who ever brought in the autos.
For the data that has been made public, I do not believe it has been made fully clear who sent the control samples. It is assumed JR from the TSE did. I believe it has been established the 2 control samples were in fact imported by TSE as well.
Can any one else confirm?
Well Steve excuse me if I'm out of line. I have zero bias in this matter as I don't even have a clue of where either of these retailers are or who they are. IMO your showing a bias in favour of Csc.
All I want to know and I asked from beginning. Is there another importer of refurb sans in Alberta besides Csc. IMO if Csc is the only one well that leads to where the two mystery guns come from. If you told me from beginning tse also does it we wouldn't have any of these following posts. That's what I asked from beginning and you took me as attacking Csc.
I won't further ask questions about Csc as everytime I do the mob attacks me.

Albertans is there more importers of sans in Alberta? So tse also Imports. Ok I get that now. I ask why would tse send in his own illegal rifles? I think it's clear tse attempted a attack on a competitor if it was "the right thing to do" or not. I'm still more fixated and I hope we eventually find out who imported these other two. That's the million dollar question. Because whoever did that is who screwed us all over. I just can't imagine tse importing two autos and sending them in as a anonymous sender but the one he sent to blame Csc with was a perfectly legal gun. Just doesnt make sense. He wouldn't be hurting anyone but himself. I don't think he's that stupid.
