John, you are way worse than Armand from Badger Arms! Compared to you, Armand looks like a holy man.

I am sure you remember, Armand got the boot from this site, and finally he got arrested due to his very fine business practices.

Maybe this is a sign of things to come for you? I sure hope so.


BTW in order to establish more effective communications with this individual (marstar john) you must write in bold font only!

The rifle I have retained is proof. If it needs to be used as evidence in a court of law because that is where you steer this issue, then so be it.

Fact 1 - These are not Tipo 2 rifles. They ARE counterfeits or forgeries. It has been proven not only by photographs of them being assembled, but by Hauch himself. Johnone being a self-proclamed "expert" must have known this as soon as he unboxed the first rifle. Incorrect receivers, generic "no-name" barrels, mixture of NOS parts and worn-out ones. As such, Johnone is obviously complicit in the distribution of these counterfeit rifles. ( http://cacn.ca/report-a-fake-2/ should anyone wish to lodge a formal complaint). Again, the Marstar website still advertises these as authentic Tipo 2 rifles although there is NO POSSIBILITY that they actually are.

Fact 2 - They have been assembled by someone without the critical technical knowledge or expertise of the Garand rifle. This proven by the numerous modifications leading to safety issues. These issues can easily be identified in "The U.S. .30 Caliber Gas Operated Service Rifles. A Shop Manual. Volumes I and II" by Jerry Kuhnhausen or the Department of the Army publication, TM 9-1005-222-12 among others. These issues are significant enough as to put people in danger of critical injury or worse. It has been mentioned numerous times in this thread, and Johnone is aware of it. If and when one of these rifles "grenades", Johnone will have little defence when sued.

Fact 3 - Johnone refuses to take ownership or change the false advertising and misrepresentation of these rifles lineage and unsafe nature nature of their construction.

Shouldn't you know your own rules? He can post emails to/from Marstar.

I bought a t2 garand from marstar.
I took it appart for degreasing and put it back together and I got a part that doesn't fit anywhere. An extra part if you will.
I looked up garand assembly videos and schematics and the extra part that came out of the rifle is still mysterious.

wtf?!

Lol, there is a rule for that, but not one for posting emails ....just for PM's.
The only rule any mod has threatened in this whole debacle doesn't even exist....

It's probably the 308 spacer.

Does it look like this?

I'd also have a gunsmith look it over before firing.
 
Dealers don't necessarily have to follow the rules.

The only warnings in this whole gong show from the mods have been regarding a rule that doesn't exist.
