Thanks for the interest everyone! We just went over some stress and durability testing today. We figured we would try to essentially wreck it/figure out the obvious screw ups.
This resulted in us deciding to just try beef it up just in case. Had a look at where I could add material to it and how much.
Better safe than sorry am I right? And who doesn't love stuff when it's more durable?

Any idea what the price is going to be?
Just curious why you don't just get them waterjet or lasered? They don't seem to have any machining required from the pics (I don't own a T87 to check)
I had SS lever loops waterjet in calgary for around $50-75 a piece (without the machining) so I'd think those could get cut out of high grade aluminum 6061 or 7075 for around $10-20 a piece. I also had 5 savage bolt handles done out of 6061 for about $20 a piece though they require some simple machine work after the fact.
