So, now this is all theoretical, say the law suddenly changed overnight and your swiss arms became useless but you still wanted to be able to shoot .223 out at the range until things got worked out. Is the T-97 or a SU-16 the best interim option? A discussion of accuracy, fit and finish, and reliability between the two might be helpful for someone in this position.
The carry handle on the T97 looks pretty high. Assuming such a person would want to use a low powered TR-24 1-4x scope on the said interim option, is the SU-16 the only real option unless an FTU was utilized? (noting that the FTU makes the T97 option more expensive)
