Tactical shotguns?

Good to have a few, Just in case.

Well here in Ontario we can't defend ourselves. We need to wait for the police to come and take a report or bag our dead bodies after the crime. Actually if these tactical guns have removable chokes they would make sweet turkey guns i would think.

Turkey guns have a certain appeal too. This one is mine.

but just don't get the fascination with these things.

I don't get the fascination with Guiness beer, green mint ice cream, whips and chains and fantasy sports teams but I don't start threads b!tching about it.

I have a lever 30-30 that sits beside my 11.5" AR and a Norc/Dominion Arms Coach shotgun that sits beside my 30" Beretta Extrema.

Live and let live.

Ever actually hit anything that is moving?

I wore out an IGA Coachgun (20") shooting trap, skeet and sporting clays, about 13k rounds over 3 years. Managed at least one perfect score in each of trap and skeet, average was probably 21-22. Sporting clays I typically shot in the low 70's. I think I'm a much better shot for having done it. Of course, I now can't stand barrels over 26", I don't need them to keep swinging, and every other feature of long barrels is a drawback.

They are fun to shoot! That is the reason most of us shoot anything. I have shot sheet with my 12.5 in SxS. I hit some (about 12 i think) but had a good time. The crossing birds are very hard. The other shooters stand well back as it is loud. They are not a one gun does all tool, but I am long past the only 1 gun stage. :) Like they say" Try it, you'll like it". AJ
