Tariffs start today

I'd be checking classifications and tariff status on everything. I wouldn't put it past the lazy border people to just slap a tariff on everything instead of looking it up. I've got an eye piece for a binocular coming up, and the government website says it's exempt based on the class the seller provided. If Canada Post/CBSA slaps a tariff on it, its a blanket penalty for dealing with the US and not following policy.
 
The simple solution is to not buy anything that is tarriffed and wait until captain orange idiot is out of office. Unfortunately, nobody has time for that. Much like no one had time during covid. NOW, prices are set by precedent. The principle still stands such that it should be ludicrous to pay... but we aint got time to rebel.

Ps. All our ancestors had was time... now.....? Yep... no time for nuthin. Go go go.

"Boomers" BUILT this country junior,LOL..and 90% of the things you use everyday,LOL..then again millennials are exactly known for their knowledge of history,or anything else their phone doesn't tell them,the problem with Canada is LIBTARDS,,always has been,there's reason BOMERS are taking their money and LEAVING canada,at a certain point,their wont be any tax PAYERS left to pay for all the freeloaders being brought into the country by the 1000's,
 
All my Gen X friend are also leaving this ####hole what's your point ? If Alberta dosent separate im also leaving and will spend every dollar from my pension in another country :cool: I cant wait to see this place turn into Pakistan 2.0 . Boomers might have built this place but they are the reason for its downfall as well. Blaming the US is just icing on the cake.

Boomers didn’t build this country. It was built on the backs of those that immigrated here from the British Isles and Europe in the 19th and early 20th Centuries. Boomers, the offspring of the greatest generation that endured the depression and fought WW2, contributed to its development in the last half of the 20th century but sure as heck can’t claim to have built it.

And yeah I’m at the tail end of the boomer generation and am sick and tired of selfish Boomers that are more worried about their retirement portfolio than the legacy they are saddling their grandkids with from brain dead decisions made at the ballot box.

I totally agree with your second point that libtards (from all generations/demographics) have f@cked up this country.

We need a reset to common sense conservatism.
 
Y'know trudope started this old people blame game as his excuse for sky-high real estate prices instead of the policies his cabal stuffed down our throats. He blames "Generational Wealth" also, gonna be an excuse to steal more of a working man's wages . Don't fall for his (And carnhole's) lies and divide/conquer tactics.

the Alberta bandit is just pissed because his millennial generation will never own anything of real value,kinda sad for them,owning a decent home is just a dream for them,95% will never get there,and renting from boomers is infuriating to them LOL.the fact that he trully thinks Alberta can separate is actually pretty funny,dont need a highschool diploma to figure out it will never happen,,but i have to say that' i'm with him on wishing it could,canada deserves nothing less than loosing it's cash cow.
