I have a couple tascos beside's the lemon and a few bushnells as well. I had a brand new bushnell wth the lighted retical that would'nt work after a week of owning it I got a hold of them they sent me a new one no ques asked. I have the prob with this tasco and I was given the run around. So yes I agree I maybe a little biast in sayin that thier crap when clearly it maybe just that one scope but once bitten twice shy and that's just my 2 cents.
You're calling a whole brand of scopes crap simply due to one lemon and bad customer service?
There are many people here to believe in Bushnells and yet Bushnell cant have REALLY crappy customer service (according to some members) yet those people still believe in the scopes.
There are members here who have stated that Tasco has really good customer service....
I have had 3 different 6-24x tasco varmint scopes, all were junk! The front lense was not aligned correctly, so when you adjusted the front parallax, the blody cross hairs essentially moved.
Maybe I had a really bad run with them and got the only bad ones in the production run, but either way, I won't buy another tasco varmint scope.
Since those, I tried out the tasco world class 4-16 scopes. So far so good, they are all good of the few I have and use. Decent zero hold and adjustments are pretty consistent.
