I picked this up used for $40 and put it on my Savage Mk II BVSS in 22. I sighted the gun in at 31 metres (yes I have a range finder) and took it out on the week to spend some time trying to hit 4" clays at 233 metres (yes same range finder). So I used a Ballistics program, wind/temperature meter and some guesses on the parameters and the program said around 30 or so MOA adjustment (can't recall the exact adjustment now). So I did 25 MOA and about 5-6 MOA for the wind and after 15 spotters we discovered my windage was good but elevation was off by about a metre. I cranked the scope up another 36 clicks up (all I could get) and back and forth with the windage as the wind changed up/down and left right and after using the mil dots I finally hit the target (about 1 in 15 shots).
So with all that pre-amble. I get back to my cabin, set up a target at 31 metres and crank the scope back to where it was....it was off by about 1/4" at 31 metres. I am thinking that is pretty good for a $40 scope.
I am planning on upgrading but not in any rush at this time.
Cheers
