Taurus guns really are pretty good: solid quality, good designs and very well finished, they coud do very well in Canada given their price points.
Dealing with the "Service attitude challenged" distributor that they have here is probably costing them 95% of their true potential sales. RNicholls doesn't want the civillian market (in fact it's open to debate if they want ANY market) and won't push Taurus to the LE market, so there's really no point in the two working together. Virtually any other distributor in Canada could do a far better job with Taurus, some could work wonders.
