I spent 3 hours at DS Tactical with one of my Tavors trying every type of mount and gadget until I figured out that the Mesa Tactical 870 mount worked best. In retrospect, I should have kept the secret to myself and sold the idea to IWI....

I know there's a 300 blkout in the works with Ian @ Herron Arms.
Wonder if there are other barrel swaps of CGN members (or others). What kind of results (i.e increase in accuracy) would a heavy barrel (still of 5.56/.223) in NR min legal length would produce in the Tavor platform would be interesting to know. Maybe an integral flash hider machined in the barrel would be cool to see (albeit you're "stuck" with that FH and SOL if you don't like it).

At least we know they exist. I'm sure someone's tried already, but I'll ask North Sylvia if they have an English version. I also tried emailing IWI.

Ha! If it weren't from you, we would not have known about Mesa's swivel product in existence that is compatible with Tavor. We Tavor owners are very grateful of you for making this big discovery that improves the pro appearance and functionality of our rifle. You are one smart dude! You should have negotiated with DS Tactical to give you sales commission for referring every customers to buy from them. Seems DS Tactical is the only few dealers selling this particular product available in Canada.

Tavor Exploded Parts Diagram
Since I had a few people ask for this, I'm just going to post the link here: Tavor Exploded Parts Diagram
Here's how you use it. First, after you download it - make another copy. The first is used as your index/search tool and the second for visual reference. Here's a quick example using part "007051112" or "Deflector".
1. Enter the part number into the search in the first PDF.
2. Ignore the first column on the left in English (this is simple an internal number for the part in the document and references nothing). Also ignore the second column from the right. The one you'll want to use is the last column. It reads "32".
3. Forget using a search for "32" in the PDF document, because this refers to the specific itemized part number and won't return anything useful. This is where it gets fun.
4. Open the second PDF and start scrolling. You're looking for a "32" on one of the exploded parts diagrams. Hopefully you know what a deflector looks like! Once you find it, you've visually confirmed the part number. Success!
