I've always wanted this rifle but never paid so much money for one before...

Yup. If you think about it is smart. 2 guns that are the same firearm why have 2 sets of parts which are very similar to begin with. If they update a part for one market offer it to both and keep production costs down.
And I much rather have the updated part any way because it must have been done for a reason and like I said I notice it shooting smother then the previous I had

Well there it is my BCG from my new Tavor. Everything on it screams original Israel parts including the trigger group but the BCG
Any thoughts?
FWIW I'm using a few gen 3 pages and they are awesome, they drop free every time and hold the bolt open every time. They are the way to go for sure.
