I placed second, one point behind the leader in the LMS Abbotsford Qual.
I hadn't shot anything but under 200 rounds of center fire since I shot 20meter indoor rimfire when I was 17.
I have to attribute much of this to the Tavor's easy pointing, and accuracy.
The winner had a scope on his Tavor.
So far, I really like it. Amoeba dot and all. It would be much better with another optic though. For what it is designed for, it is quite good at it's job.
Once you get used to it's operation, it works great. I have never fired an AR, so I didn't have to unlearn anything.
It is a breeze to fully disassemble.
A bit pricey yes, but there are few other's that can hold 11 shots, are unrestricted, and black.

The two grouped together in the neck would have been in the head 'kill zone', but I forgot to adjust for closer distance.
