just wondering is theres any real difference between a Truncated cone and a round nose bullet in a CZ, if the tight chamber will result in it preferring one or the other.

Don't go with anything less than 124/125gr bullet if you are gonna cast lead bullets. You will either end up with key-holing or very wide spread.
Also, avoid TiteGroup as it's gonna be very smoky with lead (high burning temp will burn wax and melt lead).
Watch for how much case volume you have with the bullet (seated) as it'll dictate your powder choices.
Also, make sure the rounds don't 'walk' forward in the mag too far on recoil so you don't get double-feeds and mag hang ups when dropping them (top round in mag hangs up on feed ramp); make sure you don't hit slide stop's 'knub' with the bullet as well.
