Tenda Experience

When people ask me about ordering from them, I always tell them that if they don’t mind slow shipping, you can get some good deals. I’ve ordered quite a bit from them and most of the time it is over a week to ship.

Or in the case of Tenda, just getting it...eventually. ;)

exactly! companies shouldn't be praised for simply shipping you what you ordered! they should be praised when something goes wrong and the lengths they go to to make right. Some companies will take no fault and basically tell you to tough luck, some companies will actually make it right. If you've been buying from these stores long enough you'll figure out who's who.

Received my package yesterday from them, first time dealing, got everything I ordered correct. Canpar delivered to Alberta in 5 days, talk about super quick. Excellent pricing, on top of that free shipping. l will be buying from them again that's for sure.

I don't order from Chinese-owned businesses for pretty much this reason. I find that they do business differently and are not reliable for sorting out issues or admitting to mistakes.

I’ve ordered ammo from them before and had it on my doorstep the same week I ordered it. I guess others haven’t been so lucky. I just ordered a case of these. I can’t even remember the last time I paid $200 for 1000 rounds of 9mm, so we’ll see how it works out this time.

I order these 2000 rounds of 9mm on June 17 and it arrived at my door on june 23. That is pretty fu*king fast to me.

Another great experience with Tenda for me.

Ordered a new pistol on June 16th. Received confirmation that the transfer was started on the 17th. Shipping confirmation was sent to me on the 18th and the firearm was received by me yesterday, June 25th. I’m in BC.

Pretty tough to beat that level of service!

Seriously? Can we not just stick to the reviewing of a particular business and it’s practices without the inclusion of derogatory, generalizing comments about ethnicity? And that’s not political correctness talking, that’s just saying what should be common decency, kindness and fairness as we all inhabit this great country of ours together.

^^100%. Once you're here you're Canadian. They are a Canadian owned business. I just bought a Sig 1911-22 from these guys and it was a great experience, not to mention the cheapest price in Canada.

I was somewhat concerned reading this thread after I purchased from Tenda. However it went quick and smooth. No issues at all.

Zortron is 100% correct. I deal with the Chinese at a business/industrial level and he is 100% correct. Different culture and you have factor that in in order to make it work.

Fyrefighter, that is an excellent idea! Since you seem to have the inside track on this (and know squat about what Zortron posted, and you should keep quiet about things you don’t know anything about), can you provide an introduction to Donald for me?

I've just had dealings with Tenda, I wanted to return an item. Sent a return e-mail (from their webpage), received a very fast response, sent me a shipping label, and asked if I wanted a refund or exchange. They had an item I wanted, but it was a couple of dollars more, They said no problem, they would eat the cost. I am entirely satisfied.

The fact that you do not buy from a business based off the ethnical background of the owner makes you a racist. Categorizing people into a definition of "they" sickens me. It's people like you that are the issue.
