These 71/84s are not particularly rare. The fact that CIL Dominion manufactured 11mm Mauser ammunition is an indicator of how many were in Canada.
Condition is the primary factor in driving value. One in fine condition with a sharp bore would command a premium. The receiver should be in the white, the barrel blue. Most tend to be brown or grey.
One that has been sported might be of interest if its bore is shootable, but won't be worth a lot.
Note that the 71/84 does not have antique status. It is a non-restricted firearm.
