Currently a Pre'64 Model 70 Fwt...
I had one like it about 14 years ago and foolishly sold it.
Then I owned Pre'64 Fwts in 243, 308 (three of them) and one in 30-06....finally found another 270 and I am trying hard to hang on to it...

This Sako A111 deluxe is my 2nd .270. Sold my 1st a P+H years ago. Have a 3rd .270, a Vanguard that is more accurate than the Sako and I don't seem to mind scratching it up as much.

I've realized that I will have to pick up something in .270, don't have a gun besides .22 under .30 cal. Had an offer to go shoot
coyotes recently that I couldn't even follow up on once I found out you can't use anything over .270 for hunting.
