The 7.62X39 must have rifles

Dude those are cool.... Just made my list of guns I want...

I got a chance to shoot one of these this past summer as I was working for a gent who owned one and brought it with him from out of town. It was a lot of fun to shoot, and the fit and finish is pretty nice. I didn't have any function issues at all with it.

Although, according to him, there are only like 60 or something in the country in 7.62x39....... So have fun finding one!

If I found a Rasheed in perfect condition, Ill find one of those... Did you guys see that nice Vz52/57 on EE today... I had to stop myself from buying it.

Remember not to fire any of the lackered ammo in your bolt guns! I tried in mine but the varnish on the cases startS melting after a few rounds resulting in VERY well stuck cases that have to be pounded out of the gun with a cleaning rod! Then you have to remove the lacquer out of your chamber... Use brass or plated ammo only!

The lacquer is not a problem in semi-auto as the cases are ejected before the coating can melt it seems...

Calgary shooting center has the AK Pmags for 25$ so I picked up 4... Now if Canadapost could hurry up and bring me my "D" it would be great... lol...

Cost me 50$ to get a sling for the Rasheed. and to top it off the Rasheed I bought last week is still stuck at the CP depot in Ottawa.
