This is not a 'All Round Calibre'. That would be a rifle that you could take anywhere it it would do the job for you. I just got back from my hunting trip and I took a 220 lb mule deer buck 5\6 at 350 yrds. I checked the range with my gps. The bullet [over the counter] 100 gr took out his left front leg on entry, blew out the lungs and still had enough left to break a rib on the other side.
