Brand new gun . I think the barrel was over indexed at the factory or something. At the fort round the barrel harpooned 15 yard down range !!!... no big deal ot extremely uncommon, plus since then I think can am check them befor selling them.

That's only damn good luck he has eyesight still. Even safety glasses aren't going to help you on a rifle failure if things fly the wrong way. There are so, so many reasons to buy western products and they don't even start with safety. But perhaps they should.

You think I shoot Mossberg ATRs...? I don't drive a Pinto either. The logical thing 99% of people reading my comment take from it given this is an M14 thread, is I support Springfields, LRBs, and so forth. Google will show you anything you want so anticipating the M1A blow up pics.
